Whether you're planning to build a new home, renovate your current one, or simply looking for inspiration, the Summer Parade of Homes offers something for everyone.
This year's event also includes several Dusty Shoes Tours, providing a unique behind-the-scenes opportunity to walk through homes that are still under construction.
These homes are safe for public viewing and offer visitors a rare chance to see the craftsmanship, materials, and building process before completion.

The 2026 Summer Parade of Homes, presented by the Building Industry Association of Northeast Ohio and sponsored by Carter Lumber, showcases the creativity, innovation, and craftsmanship of the region's leading home builders. This free annual event provides visitors with the opportunity to tour a variety of newly constructed homes and discover the latest trends in home design, construction, technology, and lifestyle living.
Held on June 6–7 and June 13–14 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, the Parade offers something for everyone—from those actively planning a new home to individuals simply seeking inspiration for future projects. Visitors can explore completed showcase homes as well as select Dusty Shoes Tours, featuring homes still under construction that provide a unique behind-the-scenes look at the building process.

2026 Summer Social Event Presented by Apollo Supply

Join us on Friday, July 10, from 6:00–10:00 PM for an unforgettable night on the water featuring dinner, dancing, music, networking, and incredible Cleveland skyline views. The Lady Caroline offers one of Northeast Ohio’s most unique dining cruise experiences, with a freshly prepared buffet, live entertainment, multiple decks, and scenic views as we cruise along Lake Erie and the Cuyahoga River from the Flats.
