Join us October 3-4 and October 10-11, Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 PM–5:00 PM, and experience the latest in home design, innovation, and craftsmanship from Northeast Ohio's premier builders.

This FREE showcase event features stunning homes crafted by some of Northeast Ohio’s finest builders. Three of the homes are part of the special “Dusty Shoes” tours—still under construction, offering a rare, behind-the-scenes glimpse into the building process while they’re safe to explore.

This year’s Parade spans across some of the region’s most desirable communities like Mentor, Chagrin Falls, Ravenna, Orange, and more, each with its own character and charm.

Whether you’re dreaming of building, considering buying, or simply looking for inspiration, the Parade of Homes is your chance to walk through, imagine, and connect. Two Big Parades of Homes: BIA NEO & Medina County Home Builders

The BIA of Northeast Ohio and the Medina County HBA are holding Fall Parade of Homes events starting Saturday, October 3 through Sunday, October 11, with 35 entries for the event. Northeast Ohio will literally be exploding with residential options for you to tour both in person and virtually, compare, and perhaps even purchase. Models to tour are open weekends ONLY from Noon to 5 pm. The Medina County Parade is always FREE of charge.
