Celebrating Excellence Across Northeast Ohio

The Northeast Ohio Awards of Excellence, presented by Marshall Flooring, celebrates the outstanding builders, remodelers, designers, suppliers, and industry professionals who continue to raise the standard for residential construction throughout Northeast Ohio.

This year’s awards were especially meaningful as we recognized the final year for two respected award programs within our newly unified association. The Cleveland Choice Awards were presented to winners from the former HBA of Greater Cleveland, and the BRAaD Awards were presented to winners from the former HBA of Portage & Summit Counties.

Both award programs recognized projects completed between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025, representing the incredible talent, craftsmanship, creativity, and dedication of members across Northeast Ohio.

Honoring Craftsmanship, Creativity & Dedication

Winners were honored on Friday, April 10, during a beautiful evening at the Marriott at Key Center in downtown Cleveland, where members gathered in the St. Clair Ballroom to celebrate the very best of the residential building industry.

From custom homes and remodeling projects to inspired design details, outdoor living spaces, specialty rooms, and more, each winning project reflected the hard work, pride, and excellence that define our members. These awards recognized the vision, skill, and commitment that go into creating homes and spaces that strengthen our communities.

As we celebrate this special year, we also look ahead to an exciting new chapter. Moving forward, the Northeast Ohio Awards of Excellence will bring our members together under one unified awards program, honoring the strength, talent, and continued growth of the residential building industry across Northeast Ohio.
